After taking it off the market last spring, the owner of the Frick Mansion in exclusive Alpine, New Jersey has relisted the property for $56 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Buyers looking for more space can also pick up an adjacent 6 acres for $12 million, or $68 million in total.

Owner Richard Kurtz said he decided to put the estate back on sale after seeing the high-end market pick up in New York City.

Just eight miles from New York, the Alpine zip code is one of the most expensive in the country. And Frick Drive, where this mansion is located, is completely gated for privacy.

With 30,000 square feet of space, the estate features a private gym, library, movie theater, elevator, wine cellar, a pool and pool house, and rare woods, stones, and marble throughout.

The estate is also a "smart house;" it can be controlled from anywhere in the world with an iPhone.

Derek Jeter originally listed his penthouse in the Trump World Towers in NYC back in September 2010. Back then the rooms were barren, and boring.

In January 2011, the listing was updated with photos of the penthouse with a completely remodeled look and feel. The price stayed at $20 million.

Unable to sell, the listing was taken down in August of 2011. It most recently went back on the market in April of 2012 for $17.5 million, and finally sold at the end of September for $15.5 million, according to the Real Deal.

The 5,425 square foot pad faces south off the 88th floor offering an incredible view of Manhattan's skyline through huge 16' tall windows. It has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, chef's eat-in kitchen, dining room, den, and living room complete with a fireplace.

YouTube co-founder Steve Chen has listed his penthouse inside the Ritz Carlton Residences in San Francisco for $8 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The two-story, 3,063-square-foot pad has two-bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Chen spent 21 months working with architect Joel Sander to turn the condo into a "tech lover's dream home," including installing a glass wall between the master bedroom and bath that turns from clear to frosted at the touch of a button, according to Curbed SF.
