Celine Dion has slashed the price of her gorgeous property on Florida's Jupiter Island to $62.5 million after it languished on the market for over a year.

According to The New York Daily News, Dion's compound was discounted by $10 million after originally being listed for $72.5 million back in August 2013.

The home, which is jointly listed by Sotheby's International Realty agents Joseph Montanaro and Cristina Condon, was custom-built and designed in 2010 by Celine Dion herself.

She and her manager husband Reneé Angélil bought the lot of land in 2005 for $12.5 million and the adjacent mansion in 2008 for $7 million, The Wall Street Journal reported. They then razed to build the current spread.

The five-and-a-half-acre property has views of the Atlantic Ocean, a four-bedroom guest house, a simulated golf range, pool house, and three separate pools.

The main residence alone measures close to 10,000 square feet, with five bedrooms and a custom-designed, walk-in closet with automated rack for clothing and automated carousel for shoes.

In 2012, Dion listed her home on a private island in Quebec for $29.3 million; it's still on the market.

$114 million new york upper east side mansion

Who ever thought $98 million could be a deal?

Last December, an insanely beautiful mansion on New York's Upper East Side was listed for $114 million. After languishing on the market for nine months, it has been discounted to the low, low price of $98 million, according to Curbed.

Now the third most expensive home in NYC, the six-level property has 20,000 square feet of living space.

That's in addition to 2,500 square feet of outdoor space, which includes a roof deck with sweeping views of Central Park and the city.

The 69th Street home was built in 1884, and bought by investor Vincent Viola and his wife Teresa, the president of Maida Vale Designs, for $20 million in 2005. They gut-renovated the townhouse to create the extravagant residence it is today, according to The New York Times.

After trying to flip it for a whopping $114,077,000, they've lowered the price to an even $98 million.

And if the amenities are any indication, it's totally worth it. According to Corcoran Group, which is selling the home, the mansion has a saltwater pool with spa, panic room, heated stairs and floors in the parlor, plus a brick pizza oven in the kitchen.

There's even an onyx elevator. You have to see this house to believe it.

Welcome to the now-discounted $98 million mansion on the Upper East Side. It's on 69th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues.

Kelly Ripa 76 Crosby

TV host Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos have finally sold their gorgeous New York loft for $20 million, according to The New York Daily News.

The couple put their 76 Crosby Street penthouse on the market with The Modlin Group for $24.5 million back in January 2013. They had previously spent two years renovating the home after originally paying $9.5 million for it in 2005.

The buyer of the 6,800-square-foot loft is real estate tycoon Alex Adjmi. Brokers for Adjmi told the Daily News that he bought the place as an investment, which Curbed NY believes implies that Adjmi wants to reconfigure and re-list the home himself.

The pad has five bedrooms and tall 12-foot ceilings. It was outfitted with a fully vented six-burner Wolf stove in the kitchen, a Jacuzzi in the master suite, and a private roof deck with outdoor fireplace and hot tub.

This is 76 Crosby Street. It has a full-time doorman and easy access to SoHo's main shops on Broadway.

Roman Abramovich fifth avenue new york city penthouse $75 million

The gorgeous Fifth Avenue mansion that Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich almost bought for $75 million is now available to rent for $150,000 a month, according to The Real Deal.

Almost a year ago, Abramovich was in contract to purchase three of the five apartments in the building at 828 Fifth Avenue from the family of late British real estate developer Howard Ronson, which included the penthouse, a triplex, and a duplex apartment.

The deal fell through after the seller — Ronson's widow, heiress Engelika Ivanc — reportedly held out because she thought she could get more money from the Russian mogul.

Abramovich had reportedly bought another apartment in the building, and was trying to purchase the final unit so he could restore the mansion to its former glory. Now it looks like that dream may never happen.

But for those with $150,000 to throw around each month, the eight-bedroom co-op is now available to rent on Stribling & Associates.

An interesting mix of classic and modern with tall ceilings and eight bedrooms, the home even has a rooftop terrace that looks out over Central Park.

The Manhattan townhouse sits directly across from Central Park Zoo.

It's currently divided up into five units.

Abramovich was hoping to buy them all and create a single-family mansion.

3 Hubert St Alan Wilzig $43.5 million

Alan Wilzig, a real-life inspiration for a character in Martin Scorsese’s “The Wolf of Wall Street,” is selling his Tribeca condo for $43.5 million without a broker, The Real Deal reports.

The entrepreneur and semi-professional race car driver posted the home on Zillow.com as well as Facebook.

“Feel free to share this with your luxury real estate friends for anyone interested in a Manhattan super-residence,” Wilzig posted on his Facebook account, according to The Real Deal. “All brokers protected. I have no problem paying or sharing in paying a commission(s) – but I’m not willing at the present time to grant an exclusive with any one broker or firm. (Especially since a dozen of my good friends are all NYC brokers.)”

The 7,500-square-foot townhouse at 3 Hubert Street has a 2,500-square-foot roof deck, backyard, six bedrooms, and an attached garage where Wilzig currently stores his insane amount of motorcycle memorabilia. It also has bulletproof windows and a lighting system that would give Miami clubs a run for their money.

In the Scorsese film, Wilzig inspired the character at the pool party scene who introduced Leonardo Di Caprio’s character to his future wife. Wilzig originally took issue with his portrayal, lamenting that his red Ferrari Testarossa was left out of the scene.

An earlier version of this post said Wilzig had sold his home. The post has been corrected.
