Kenny Rogers has decided to sell his lakefront Athens, Ga. home in an absolute auction, according to Forbes. There's no minimum bid on the home, which hits the auction block June 26.
The estate sits on more than 150 acres of land, and features a master suite and three guest suites that overlook the lake.
The home is being sold furnished, and ready for the buyer to move in.
The property also has multiple pastures and a barn. On the massive property there's also a private beach, waterfall, and pool. The house also comes with Rogers' pontoon boat, SeaDoo and other recreational motor vehicles.
The property has an eight-acre lake with bass and a boat dock. There is also a zip line, trampoline, and rope swings nearby.
The home is Polynesian-inspired.
The home was built in 2009.
