Two adjoining duplexes at 740 Park Avenue are on sale for $60 million.
The building, one of the most famous addresses in Manhattan, was constructed by James T. Lee, grandfather of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in 1929. Jackie O., John D. Rockefeller, and Vera Wang are among some of the famed to have resided in the building, according to DNAInfo.
The duplexes for sale total more than 30 rooms on the 13th and 14th floors of the building. The apartment is being sold by Courtney Sale Ross, widow of former Time Warner CEO Steve Ross.
The home features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a private elevator, elliptical staircases, views of Central Park, two libraries, and seven fireplaces.
