A beautiful Tudor home in San Fransisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood sold for $29.5 million yesterday, ranking as one of the most expensive homes to sell in the area this year (via Bloomberg).

The six bedroom, five full bathroom and two half bathroom home sits on Broadway Street and originally was listed at $33.9 million. 

The home was designed in 1922 by famous San Francisco architect Frederick H. Meyer for Stetson G. Hindes.

The house has great bay views, a chef's kitchen, a catering room, a more than 3,000 bottle wine cellar and a heated outdoor spas.

The gardening is one of the home's premiere features



The listing calls the house "The Crown Jewel of Outer Broadway." It sits on San Francisco's Gold Coast
