We recently heard that Justin Bieber bought himself a $10.8 million glassy mansion in the Hollywood Hills for his 18th birthday.
It turns out the teen heartthrob did not actually buy the house—but 30-something heartthrob Ashton Kutcher did.
Kutcher, who had been renting the home for $50,000 a month, pulled the trigger and officially bought it, a source at Realtor.com tells us.
He paid $3.64 million for the 5-bedroom home, which was just transferred to the Ashton Kutcher Living Trust.
Perhaps the house is an early present to himself for being cast as Steve Jobs in an upcoming indie film.
Jeffrey and Rochelle Mills of Mills Studio designed this house, which doesn't look like the other Mediterranean mansions in the area. This modern beauty is made of glass and steel boxes that appear to float about the pool.
Ashton's new home is nestled away in the Hollywood Hills.

How convenient, he already lives there.

We love the walkway up to the house.
