Rosie O'Donnell has been making a lot of real estate news lately. Last month she ditched a $2.5 million Chicago pad just weeks before her talk show on Oprah's OWN network was cancelled.
Now she's selling her Miami Beach home, in Diddy's neighborhood, for $19.5 million, according to real estate agent Kevin Tomlinson, who does not have the listing but broke news of the sale on his blog.
That asking price is a 300 percent mark up from the $6.5 million O'Donnell paid in 1999 for the place.
The Star Island Drive house features 12 bedrooms and 11 and a half bathrooms.
